Millson Engineering were approached to design and install a wood pelleting plant, capable of pelleting upto 2 tonnes/hour. The specification was based on a budget so many of the machines that were used were refurbished. The raw material which was going to be supplied would be already chipped so Millson Engineering had to start from the hammer mill stage. 

After a couple of site visits and meetings, we were able to decide on what type of machines we were going to use and also start to draw the planning in drawings.

Work could then start on the refurbishing and modifying of machinery at our well equiped workshop, where all parts were washed and cleaned then shot blasted, all the machines were fitted with new bearings and seals, and then painted.

Millson Engineering's engineers were then responsible for the installation work of the plant.

The work which was carried out throughout the whole process was carried out to our high standard, and with all the project being all done in house by Millson it was easy for us to plan the work and meet the deadlines.
