Our engineers will disassemble, clean and inspect all parts in the assemblies, if parts are considered to need replacing we can inform you first, and any parts that are replaced can be returned to you for your own inspection if required.

The assemblies will then be re-assembled, packed with grease, final inspected and then securely pack on a personalized steel carrying frame for transportation back.

Die Refurbishment

Our die refurbishment service consists of the following: -

• Pressure wash clean and check for cracks.
• Clear holes of material and any tramp metal.
• Remove any broken studs.
• Skim track area level and re-countersink holes.
• Remove all sharp edges, pressure wash and package.

Not all dies require a full refurbishment and the cost depends on the work undertaken.
